Regally Striped - Notes from Lo

Well look who’s waltzing back to the blog this week! Yup, it’s me feeling quite regal in my custom made floor length dress. I had the pleasure of collaborating with eShakti to choose a dress of my liking and have it constructed to fit my exact measurements. Custom made = Beyoncé status (in my book).

I’ve never had anything made for myself, so this was definitely a treat! What I loved most about the process is that it was super easy and user friendly. I was able to successfully measure myself, but you can always have a friend help you out.

The dress that I chose, the Chevron Stripe Maxi Dress, originally came without sleeves and I added them to make it season appropriate. I also add a few inches to the length because I wanted it to be a true floor length dress with my heels. Little touches like the pockets and the bra strap loops in the shoulders show that they know exactly what us women love in a garment. And I couldn’t be any happier with my choice! I definitely felt like a queen for the day:)
